Actually, I think you might have won that if on turn 29, you had instead taken both red soldiers and then moved your runner to his spawn.
- runner up top to his 4 HP soldier, heavy finishes off soldier
- two 4 HP soldiers move up to take the lower 4 HP soldier
- runner moves to spawn and takes medic
- maybe spawn a runner with the last wit.
Next turn he would've been in a tough situation, as he can at most take out 1 unit and he can't block his base well if he does

That probably would have worked. I didn't think out all the possibilities on turn 29 well enough. It was a pretty crazy game nevertheless.

Anyway you did very well there, your attacks were awesome, against almost any other player you would have won
I think you went too confident at the end, your advantage was too big after your second attack, you weren't suppsed to lose it! See cor's post for further informations

Yes I know, in that turn, if I had one more wit I could have spawned a runner and moved it in position to win next turn

I think you have to get some strong units first to play with brambles. Or else, it might make you waste some wits, unless you have a good plan from the beginning of the match.

I watched this replay and this has hapened to me as well. It's kind of stressful, specially when your opponent is an experienced player.
By the way, I haven't seen any good 2v2 match where the brambles play the lead in. Does anyone have a good replay about it?

I started playing 4 1v1 matches with the four races, to learn how to play with all of them. Using the 4 races gives you more fun definitely.
