I think I am going to double the number of teams to sixteen teams total. It will actually make it easier, I think, to organize the matchups, so yes, if you still want to sign up, you can.

Also, I don't think scrambling Thorns should be worth points. Perhaps capped at the amount of Scramblers spawned (so if I won with 5 thorns scrambled by three scramblers, we would get 4 points).
