- The person who is 26 years old does not own the green bag.
- The person with the red bag is older than the person with the blue bag.
- The person who plays soccer is 30 years old.
- Gina does not have a blue bag.
- Fanny is younger than Eve.
- The oldest person is not playing Tennis.
From what I can tell, the ages and sports have unique solutions but the bag colors have multiple ones. You could change one of your clues to "neither the soccer clothes nor the tennis rackets are in the blue or yellow bags" to make the solution unique.

I got one of the clues wrong - that's why it doesn't work out. Sorry for wasting your time
Remove this clue: "The person who plays soccer is 30 years old." and replace it with "The owner of the yellow bag is 30 years old."
Now the solution should be unique (and also quite different from before)
Here's the (now hopefully) correct version:
Names: Eve, Fanny, Gina, Holly
Sport courses: Basket Ball, Tennis, Soccer, Climbing
Bag colours: Red, Blue, Green, Yellow
Ages: 22, 26, 30, 31
