Is joining a clan the answer for "un-aswered" games by my oponents ? Im tired of initiating a league game, play a couple turns, and then wait 20 hours for my oponent to play his turn. Is joining a clan the answer ? I am really an active player. How can i join a clan ? And what clan is better for me ? I am ismaroad206 and im curently in clever league...

Clans are in no way associated with league play. Your opponents will be more active as you move up in leagues.

Bear in mind that people sometimes get caught up in real life stuff. Not everyone is actually at leisure to play their moves quickly, and sometimes you'll get matched up with people living in a different time zone. 20 hours is actually not that bad considering that you get four days to send your turn.
The reality is that Outwitters is an asynchronous game. Turns just sometimes take longer than you would like.
But what you can do is find someone on the forums who is available when you are and ask them if they would be interested in sitting down and playing a fast game with you (though, of course, this means it'll have to be a friendly match, not league).
This is a good thread for that, but it looks like you found that one already.
If you join a clan, your clanmates are good choices for people to play friendlies with, and they'll probably even give you comments on your playing to help you improve if you want them to.
