i dont know if this applies to all beta testers but there is a bug with the bases.
we were able to use the different bases during the beta test and i am able use the bases which i set during that time. i havent purchased any yet.

I think beta testers deserve such treat from the devs for their efforts. I knew they are so generous. I wanted to be a tester too!
