No, your rankings are not gone. Sadly, the 2nd time you download it it takes a crap ton of time because it has to redownload your games and stuff... I deleted the game the last time it crashed, took like an hour to redownload.

Your ranks are fine.
I deleted my game a few days ago, league wins still there and still in the same league position with points.

No they are not gone. Give it a bit and servers should be back up soon. (hopefully)
