I think a lot of players are adorables because they play faster. I used to play all feedback and scally. I stopped playing scally because I found them boring and I honestly felt bad when I was matched with feedback or veggies on certain maps (now I feel bad for me when I am F vs S). So now I split A and F and find that if games are long it's because there is some back and forth rather than super turtle matches.
Also since this is just ST stats, ST use adorables in so many imaginative ways, while lower ranks can sometimes end up wasting wits with a mobi. It's easy to see why they are favored for those 2 reasons.

I think the tougher matchups for me with Feedback would be Thorn Gulley and Skullduggery. Adorables can be a comfortable pick in most situations, but I like Feedback better because of how I play.
