OSN has recently (a few months ago) started acquiring all games. That is, every Outwitters game is now automatically uploaded to OSN.

But yeah, games not submitted to OSN prior to that happening are basically lost to the ages.

Technically yes. But it's not an easy thing to do robustly. Would have to get around some limitations of the datastore and that was wrought with issues last time I tried anything like that (granted, was a couple years ago). Don't count on it, since there's about a million things on my to-do for the Outwitters server that are of higher priority.
