Sleep paralysis - I think I had it when I was like 7... I was in a nightmare running from bridges and I knew I was dreaming, but couldn't move or open my eyes. Either it was sleep paralysis or terror of bridges...yes, I wpues to be scared of bridges.
P.s I'm back sweethearts.

wow, youre lucky. im not very sure if what ive experienced is sleep paralysis but from what ive read about it, its very similar. i wake up on my bed unable to move and i feel a presence near me and i struggle for a few minutes until i wake up. sometimes it reoccurs 4-5 times in a night. but this only happens when my sleep pattern is really messed up and i think too much before i sleep.

The bridges were chasing me. Also they had libraries attached to them.

Same thing here, but I wake when I drop my pen and the noise scares the shit out of me.
