I was in a nightmare running from bridges and I knew I was dreaming, but couldn't move or open my eyes. Either it was sleep paralysis or terror of bridges...yes, I wpues to be scared of bridges. RE: Last post wins. - TheQwertiest - 10-12-2012 02:22 AM wow, youre lucky. im not very sure if what ive experienced is sleep paralysis but from what ive read about it, its very similar. i wake up on my bed unable to move and i feel a presence near me and i struggle for a few minutes until i wake up. sometimes it reoccurs 4-5 times in a night. but this only happens when my sleep pattern is really messed up and i think too much before i sleep.
