Just wondering about the process of being accepted as a preliminary member:
Does it work like:
1) application via PM.
2) prelim membership
3) full membership

I never got why you guys have private apps. The duck story and the reviews it gets from current members is the best part of applying.

Yes, exactly. Prelim memberships are awarded through a casual vote, full membership is awarded through a slightly more formal vote and is based on forum and in-game activity.

Once upon a time, I ordered duck at a local Thai food restaurant. It was all right, but it had kind of a weird taste. Probably will not order that again. Gonna stick to the garlic shrimp. The end.
