UPDATE:
mcwc88, Demonwind66 and everfriends are removed from the tournament.
bmike will join the tournament and replaces mcwc88 in his slot vs. Ser Purple Wolf. For future rounds he will be matched up according to the normal seeding order. Please start your games!
On the stuck games:
I thought a long time about how to handle this as long as I can't identify what is going on.
Timing out because of a bug, for which there is no known fix, will be handled the same way as timing out for any other reason. If your opponent agrees to restart the match, that is fine, but he isn't obliged to do so - please communicate.
This is not to punish the players, but to ensure the tournament continues at a steady pace.
I know my first ruling was different, that's because I didn't anticipate that this would be a persisting problem. It's completely my fault that I didn't introduce a coherent rule from the start - Sorry for the confusion this caused.
