He still plays, I think he's getting a little bored with the game because he mostly plays 2v2 random now, I'll get him to start these games. :/

Seems to me inactive players are kind of an inevitable thing with tournaments like this. Gotta roll with the punches I guess.
Me and my brother are suppose to play coolio in 2v2. Just let us know when coolio finds a new partner or what happens.

I think a forfeit should yield -1 for forfeiter and max points for their opponent.

I would agree with BiA85. A forfeit of -1 is not enough when the opponent is dominating and has a chance to greatly add to the point count.

So the opponent gets max points for not getting invited? The doesn't seem fair for the other players.

I was only referencing a game where the teams, or individuals, are deep into the game. Where one side can see that it is a losing battle due to field position or units count, that side decides to give up and take the -1 point hit.
I understand the difficulty of these tournaments and inactive players. For these cases of inactive players, I defer to the moderator on how best to move the games along and assign points to the playing players.
