There’s a hot new game sweeping the iOS world, and it goes by the name of Tilt to Fly (99ยข). Some people seem to think that sounds similar to a game we made, but that’s more than a little presumptuous. See in our game, the goal of the tilting is to live. In their game, it’s to fly. Can you appeal this to Apple? I am NOT going to spend my (semi) hard-earned $0.99 to see, but if the game play is basically identical, you may have some legal ground.
Otherwise, I look forward to seeing what you innovate to compete. Sucks, but such is life.
Yeah, that just seems like a total ripoff. Couldn’t they at least make the title more original? The game play looks identical to me too.
Looks like an ugly reskin. It’s a shame their mirror will cost you customers. They have a bird so it’s a sure hit!
the graphics are no where nears as good. if it was free i might of got it but im not going to buy a worse version of the game when i have a better version.

I’m not a lawyer, but I’m pretty sure they’re not allowed to do this. Remember Nintendo kicking out that Great Giana Sisters thing? I see no difference.
I love how you guys play off the blatant ripoff as a joke:) But seriously, it looks so shitty compared to Tilt to Live (duh, you guys are the only ones that can pull it off) you should really have some legal ground to have this removed. Good luck!
OMG, it’s even worse than I thought. I just took a look at the app store description. The enemies are RED birds. Your weapons are ORBS. The arena is essentially THE SAME as the TtL one with a new background. Even the HELP SCREEN is pretty much identical to TtL’s one. From what I can tell, it’s TtL with a new set of sprites – and I know how easy that is to do.
Really. Take legal action against them. Send them a cease-and-desist letter or whatever. Like avenged, I like the way you make a joke of it, but this is far too similar to TtL.
On the upside, you can now consider yourselves a trendsetter of sorts.

I also looked at TTF’s game discription, and nott only does it LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME, but they also TAKE THE SAME WORDS YOU GUYS USED, AND BASICALLY FILLED IN THE BLANKS. For example, it shows a picture of Ola. (apparently that’s the bird’s name.) it says:
Ola
The hero of the game. Tilt to move Ola.
You guys have to do something about this.
I might barrage the developers with annoying e-mails…

It’s a Totally Trash Failure
The fact that the developer didn’t even try to make this not look like a copy makes me think that this is more in the flattery/fanart form than the ripoff/scam/lawsuit form.
